The purpose of this letter is to commend your entire staff for a job superbly well done. I love my new windows and patio door. Not only are they a quality product; they are beautiful and have made such a difference in my home. I am also amazed at how they soundproof the house from outside noise. It's wonderful to open the blinds and enjoy the sunlight without feeling heat. Having a lifetime warranty is the "icing on the cake." Right from the start, from Don, my knowledgeable salesperson to Daniell and Linda for my many questions and for scheduling the work; everyone was so pleasant and professional. All of the above, and then came Gerry, Rob and Tim who installed all my windows in about 4-1/2 hours. I have never seen anything like this crew, and I have dealt with many companies over the years.
